I am a stay at home mother, most of these I have drawn from 2004 to 2005 and then I have started back up again this year, when my 2 kids are asleep. I am from Anaheim, CA but moved to Fulton, MO September 1st 2010. I left all my family and friends behind so my husband could be with his family in MO. So far so good and it's a great place to raise a family out here in the Midwest. We're away from the hussle and bussle of California.
I randomly draw, it's a hobby/stress relief for me for when my mind is racing, drawing calms it down and helps me categorize what's important etc.
I do painting w/my kids and I have projects around the house I've worked on.
I love art, I'm just not that good at the regular drawing, I can do stick figures w/curves but that's about it... I like to choose simple shapes and make them look complex. I never know how a piece is going to workout until i'm at least half way through.
I've never taken an art class in my life, nor do I care to, I do my art the way i do my art and that's my art, not some professor telling me what he/she wants to see in my work, it's what I want to see in my work.
